Year 4 have had another busy week with a trip to the pavilion, bikeability and the Life Education Bus.
On Wednesday hundreds of children descended on Weymouth Pavilion to watch the author and illustrator Neal Layton tell us all about his work, show us how to draw and read us some of his favourite poems and stories. We hope you have all enjoyed that book, The Tree, and it has made you think carefully about what home means to you.
The very next day, we had both bikeability (for some children) and the Life Education Bus. What a busy day it was. We now have a few more children who have passed their level one ready to move on next year.
A visit from Harrold is always a great treat. This year he helped us think about what we should be grateful for, what makes us different to others, how we can stay healthy, as well as looking at our digestive systems.
Also, a big well done to Toby for earning Star Learning this week and Ella who took home our Love award.
