We are very proud of our beautiful spacious school grounds. The children are very much involved in developing and managing our wildlife friendly garden. They have planted trees, bulbs and nectar rich flowers; created living willow structures and built a mini beast hotel.
We have a meadow area and a pond both teaming with wildlife for the children to study. Our next plan is to develop a woodland habitat area.
We also have beds for growing fruit, flowers and vegetables. Whilst planting, tending and harvesting crops the children learn about what plants need to grow well and also about where their food comes from and healthy eating.
